My goal is simple: restore trust in the prosecutor’s office through transparency, fairness, and results that actually serve the community.
Justice That Works for Our Community

The Prosecutor’s Office should earn public trust every day. David believes in clear policies, honest communication, and accountability at every level—so the community understands how decisions are made and why.
The justice system is often the first point of contact for people in crisis. David believes the Prosecutor’s Office should help connect individuals to education, treatment, and support services when appropriate—reducing harm and preventing future involvement in the system.
Keeping communities safe means focusing resources where they matter most. David supports strategies that prioritize serious threats to public safety while using proven alternatives that reduce repeat offenses and make neighborhoods safer long-term.
St. Louis County is changing—and the Prosecutor’s Office must change with it. David supports data-driven decision making, modern practices, and continuous improvement to ensure the office meets today’s challenges effectively and responsibly
